Patricia M. Lee

Patricia M. Lee is a family lawyer and a Senior Attorney with Urban Thier & Federer, P.A. She is based out of the Orlando office.

Ms. Lee’s practice focuses primarily on family and estate law with concentration on child custody disputes, child support assessment and enforcement, alimony, equitable distribution, fee awards, relocation, as well as post-judgment modification and enforcement proceedings, including at the appellate court level. Patricia Lee has over 25 years of experience.

Furthermore, Ms. Lee is a referral attorney and mentor for the U.S. Department of State, Office of Children’s Issues, the United States implementing agency for the Hague Convention, and is experienced in the international aspects of child abduction, the federal Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act, the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act, international and national relocation issues, the impact of immigration laws upon dissolution of marriage, the domestication, modification and enforcement of foreign custody and support orders, and other bi-national divorce issues. Ms. Lee is a member of the Florida Bar.
