Collections and Domestication of Foreign Judgments

For international corporate and individual clients, we can assist in domesticating foreign judgments in the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany, bringing and defending lawsuits to collect amounts owed for unpaid goods and services, and otherwise enforcing our clients’ rights under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), the Hague Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG), and multiple other laws which may apply.
